Spiritual Integration Counseling

I offer one-on-one spiritual counseling to support you to explore and integrate spiritual unfolding. In a spacious container of listening and reflection, we walk together on a path to connect with the inner wisdom, resources and resilience that guide your momentum towards greater self knowledge and relationship with the great mystery. Sessions may include additional holistic health, mindfulness and nature based resources to support emerging discovery and integration. Drawing inspiration from the more-than-human world, I help you to explore the development of greater connection to your life’s journey and purpose through attunement to the sacred space within.
